The Lakhpati Didi initiative empowers rural women associated with Self Help Groups (SHGs) to achieve sustainable annual household incomes of ₹1 lakh or more through diversified livelihoods, enterprise development, financial inclusion and continuous mentoring under Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA).

About Lakhpati Didi

The Lakhpati Didi initiative is one of India's flagship livelihood missions that supports rural women in building multiple sustainable income sources capable of generating at least ₹1 lakh annual household income. In Bihar, the programme is implemented through BRLPS – JEEViKA under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission with strong emphasis on women-led enterprises, financial inclusion, market linkage, skill development and continuous Monitoring & Evaluation.
